How do I set up my Meeting Owl for the first time?
Plug the Meeting Owl into power and connect it to your computer via USB. Open your preferred video conferencing app and select “Meeting Owl” as your camera, microphone, and speaker. You can also connect it to Wi-Fi via the Owl Labs app to unlock additional smart features and essential firmware updates.
How many people can the Meeting Owl accommodate?
There isn't a limit to how many people can fit in the room with the Meeting Owl 3. What matters most is the distance everyone is sitting from the Owl — about 9 feet for video pickup and 18 feet for audio pickup. For larger rooms, you can pair multiple Owls or add an Expansion Mic.
Can I use more than one Owl in the same room?
Yes, you can link up to 3 Owls together to cover larger spaces, capture better angles, or leverage additional collaboration tools — see the different configurations here.
